Our Venue

Nestled in the heart of Giba Gorge, surrounded by nature, Gibaland is the perfect venue to host your special day. We have had a wide array of events at Gibaland. From bands to weddings to birthday. Our space is open to you. Our private venue offers fully equipped facilities. Surrounded by plants and water. The floors are done in artificial grass and the area has its own bonfire pit.
Our forest venue is family-run and can host up to 120 people. Not only is it a magical place to host your events but it is also the perfect setting to create those beautiful memories with your photos.
Private
Our space is perfect for private birthdays and functions. We have created a beautiful space for you to come and enjoy birthdays. We offer everything from food to entertainment for your special day. Otherwise join us on your special day at Cafe Umfula where you get a free drink of your choice with any meal on your birthday.
Corporate
We host a wide range of wonderful spaces throughout our beautiful venue. That is perfectly equipped to host corporate functions of all kinds. Schools
GibaLand is home to so much knowledge. We offer a wide range of children’s development programs. Paint Ball, Worrier race, Mountain Bike trails, Informative nature walks, to physical course settings. Because we understand everyone is unique we invite the teachers to make use of our facilities to create a space where they can teach the kids any skills, our venue is open for schools to come facilitate their own events.
Weddings
Weddings at Gibaland are absolutely magical with a picturesque backdrop of trees, fauna and babbling brook. The bird’s song and flowing river welcomes you and your guests as you walk through the inviting trees ready to embrace you as you say ‘I Do’.

20m clear plastic covered area, for you to host your guests. With a bonfire area at the entrance.
Accommodation
Our Teepees can cater for up to 25 people while our glamping caters for an additional 30-50 of your guests.
